We started Truck GPS after watching a friend's rig get wedged under a low bridge because a car GPS sent him the wrong way. That day, we decided to fix navigation for the 3.5 million commercial truck drivers in America.

Commercial truck drivers are the backbone of the American economy — responsible for moving 70% of all freight. Yet they're chronically underserved by the technology industry. Standard GPS apps are designed for passenger cars, and using them in an 80,000-pound rig can be genuinely dangerous.
Truck GPS is our answer to that problem. We built an enterprise-grade routing engine from the ground up that understands vehicle dimensions, weight limits, hazmat regulations, and road geometry — giving every driver the safest, most compliant route for their specific truck and cargo.
Our mission is simple: zero preventable truck incidents caused by GPS misdirection. We're not there yet, but 2 million safe routes later, we're getting closer every day.
